✅ Step 1: Unbox Your Ledger Device
- Open the box and make sure it’s sealed and untampered.
- Inside, you’ll find:
- The Ledger hardware wallet (Nano S Plus, Nano X, or Stax)
- USB cable
- Recovery sheets
- Keychain or lanyard (depending on the model)
✅ Step 2: Go to ledger.com/start
- On your computer or smartphone, open your browser and visit ledger.com/start.
- Select your device model (e.g., Nano S Plus, Nano X, or Stax).
✅ Step 3: Download & Install Ledger Live
- Click Download Ledger Live for your operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, or mobile app).
- Install Ledger Live and open it.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.

- Connect your Ledger device to your computer or smartphone using the USB cable.

If you lose it, you lose access to your crypto.
✅ Step 7: Confirm Your Recovery Phrase
- Your device will ask you to confirm the 24 words.
- This step ensures you’ve written it down correctly.

✅ Step 8: Access Ledger Live
- In Ledger Live, click ‘Add Account’.
- Choose the crypto asset(s) you want to manage (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum).
- The app will sync with your device.
- Now you can send, receive, and manage your crypto securely.

- Use Ledger Live’s ‘Manager’ tab to install apps for different coins.
- Each crypto requires its own app on your device.
